Celta Vigo 2-2 Barcelona:Aspas' late equaliser gives Real Madrid boost in LaLiga title race

Barcelona's hopes of retaining their LaLiga crown were dealt a massive blow as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Celta Vigo - handing Real Madrid a huge boost in the title race.

Luis Suarez scored a brace, as both of his goals were assisted by Lionel Messi - as Barca twice gave up the lead on the road on Saturday.

Messi set up Luis Suarez for his first by chipping in a free kick to the unmarked Uruguayan as he nodded in his first goal since January.

Both teams hit the woodwork in the first half but Celta replied five minutes after the break, Okay Yokuslu breaching Barca's high defensive line with a clever run from deep before squaring for Smolov to score.

Suarez reclaimed the lead for the Blaugrana when he fired a low, left footed shot across Celta's Ruben Blanco, although Barca were unable to hold on to their lead.

Celta captain Iago Aspas seized the opportunity as he curled his free kick around the side of the wall and into the net. 

Key Facts:

* Lionel Messi has made his 250th assists for Barcelona in all competitions(179 in LaLiga).

*Celta Vigo's Iago Aspas is the second player to score a direct free kick against Barcelona this season, after his team mate Lucas Olaza in November 2019.

*Fedor Smolov is the second player to score against both Barcelona and Real Madrid in LaLiga this season after Levante's Borja Mayoral.

Barcelona next host Diego Someone's in-form Atletico Madrid at Camp Nou on Tuesday, while Celta travel to struggling Mallorca on the same day.

Chelsea 2-0 Wolves:The Blues secure Champions League spot after convincing win

Chelsea have confirmed that they will play in Champions League next season as goals from Mason Mount and Olivier Giroud sealed a 2-0 win on the final day of the Premier League season. Although the Blues had a sluggish start to the game, but two goals in first half stoppage time. First, through a brilliant Mason Mount free kick, before Giroud doubled the lead a short while later. Although the first half of the match was highly devoid of action until a wonderful Mason Mount free kick goal. While, Christian Pulisic and Mason Mount combined to set up Giroud, before he rounded Rui Patricio and held off Conor Coady before scoring into an empty net. Sassuolo 1-2 AC Milan:Ibrahimovic bags brace aa Rossoneri move up to fifth

Milan moved up to fifth in the Serie A standings courtesy of a Zlatan Ibrahimovic double after the veteran striker's first half brace either side of Francesco Caputo's penalty. Milan took the lead after Kessie would the ball as Sassuolo attempted playing from the back, before Hakan Calhanoglu's cross was nodded in by the big Swede. Milan lost two players to injury as they had to be without Andrea Conti and Captain Alessio Romagnoli, before Caputo converted from the penalty spot after a lengthy VAR review. But Calhanoglu and Ibrahimovic combined again before the end of the first half as Ibra gathered the Turkish international's through ball before rounding Andrea Consigli to score. What's next? Milan next host Atalanta on Friday in a key fixture, while Sassuolo travel to the Sao Paulo to face Napoli on Saturday.
