Crystal Palace 0-1 Burnley: Ben Mee sends Clarets into top half of the Premier League Table

Burnley's Ben Mee scored a 62nd minute header to earn his side a 1-0 win at Selhurst Park to send Sean Dyche's side up to 8th in the Premier League table.

Palace were fortunate not to be reduced to 10 men in the second half as Jordan Ayew survived a VAR review for a possible red card after carching Josh Brownhill in the face with his forearm.

Burnley took the lead when Ben Mee scored a diving header from Ashley Westwood's free kick, the goal should have been kept out by Vicente Guaita but he only managed to push it onto the post before it went in.

Luka Milivojevic headed over a good chance for the Eagles, who saw Burnley move above them whilst also keeping a 13th clean sheet of the season in the process.
