Watford 0-4 Manchester City:The Citizens bounce back from FA Cup semi final loss

Manchester City brushed off their FA Cup defeat to Arsenal as a Raheem Sterling brace led them to a 4-0 win at Vicarage Road over Watford.

Second half goals from Phil Foden and Aymeric Laporte completed the rout as Manchester City threw fireworks at the Hornets goal, just as they did in September 2019 with 8-0 victory at the Etihad stadium.

Three days after their loss to Arsenal in the FA Cup semis, it was a reminder to City players that their season is far from over with a Champions League second leg round of 16 tie still awaiting them next month.

What's next?

City next host bottom side Norwich City on Sunday, while Watford travel to the Emirates to face Arsenal.
